Established in 1998, Better Machine started as a small oil field manufacturing and job shop with 2 employees. We have now grown to 21 employees, and we manufacture packer products and accessories for companies throughout Texas and into New Mexico and Oklahoma.

We take pride in our work , and our employees. For example, we installed central heat and air conditioning for both the comfort of our employees, and to minimize the effect of temperature variation on our equipment, material, and measuring devices.
